Custom Mold earplugs are made to order based on individual ear impressions. Once a Custom Mold order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defect. By placing a Custom Mold order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Product colors displayed on our website are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, photography lighting, and the nature of handcrafted acrylic materials. Color variation is not considered a defect.
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors, or cannot be fulfilled due to stock or production limitations. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled and any payment will be refunded in full.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you completed checkout.
Payment is processed securely through Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full card details on our servers.
