Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
Returns sent without a Return Confirmation Number may be refused or delayed in processing.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain custom or personalized products may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Filter Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Processing Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 25% processing and restocking fee based on the original purchase price of the returned item. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method after the product has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order information so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
